Pet Custody Mediation, Flat Fee
A neutral mediator helps you and the other person agree on who keeps the pet, the schedule, and the costs — by video, from any state.
Pet Custody Mediation: Standard: $795
Start mediationHow it works
- 1. Start. Tell us about the pet and the dispute, and choose split or full payment.
- 2. Invite. We send the other person a neutral invitation to join and review the mediation agreement.
- 3. Intake calls. A separate, private 20-minute call with each of you.
- 4. Mediate. A joint video session, then a written summary of what you agreed.
Standard vs. Complex
- Pet Custody Mediation: Standard — $795. A separate 20-minute intake call with each person, up to 3 hours of joint video mediation, and a written summary of agreed terms.
- Pet Custody Mediation: Complex — $1,395. For 3+ animals, shared vet or boarding costs, or a pet dispute tied to other property. Everything in Standard, plus up to 6 hours of session time across two sessions.
Who it's for
Divorcing or separating spouses, unmarried couples, roommates, and family members who both want to resolve the pet question without court.
What mediation is not
Mediation is a neutral service, not legal representation. The mediator will not advise either side, and the written summary is a record of agreed terms, not a drafted court settlement.
